By accessing or using Nexvori's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Nexvori provides custom software development, digital product design, strategy consultation, and related technical services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement ("Project Agreement").

Delays caused by client-side dependencies may affect project timeline and are not grounds for refund.
Upon receipt of full payment for a project:

Both parties agree to protect confidential information (business plans, technical specifications, credentials, trade secrets, customer data) for 3 years following the end of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.
Confidential information does not include information that: (a) is publicly known, (b) becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party, (c) was known prior to disclosure, or (d) is independently developed.
Services are performed with professional diligence and in a workmanlike manner. No other warranties are made, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
Liability is capped at the total fees paid by you for the relevant project. In no event shall Nexvori be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or business opportunities).
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Abuja, conducted in English, with each party bearing its own costs.
Nexvori may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
